Galway Community College is now enrolling for its Adult Education Part-Time Courses starting in September 2026.

Courses include practical hands-on workshops such as DIY (Carpentry, Upcycling Furniture, Upholstery ), Arts and Crafts (Painting and Drawing, Jewellery Making, Sewing, Knitting, Crochet, Flower Arranging, Interior Design ), Language Studies (Spanish, Irish, Sign Language ), Beauty and Wellness (Makeup Artistry, An Introduction to the Alexander Technique, Holistic Care and Wellness, Yoga, Nurturing Childhood Education and Play ) and academic training options include Human Resources, Business Management, Supervisory Management and Nutrition.
“Our part-time courses are designed to be accessible, affordable, and enjoyable,” said Siobhan Hawkins, director of adult education at Galway Community College.
“They provide a welcoming environment where people can meet others, learn at their own pace, and gain confidence in a supportive setting,” she added.
