The French Institute is running summer courses starting on May 19. It offers courses for adults at all levels, from beginners to advanced, and a choice of morning or evening classes. The courses last for six weeks, two hours a week. They will end on the last week of June, just in time for an enjoyable holiday in France perhaps?
For secondary school students who wish to catch up, revise, and get a head start for the next academic year, there will be one-week long intensive courses in June and August. The French Institute has built an excellent reputation for providing courses for secondary school students thanks to the dedication of its qualified native French teachers with years of experience of the Irish system of education.
The institute also offers a six-week course for children (four to 12 years old ). These will take place on Wednesdays and Saturdays. The lovely teacher will keep the children engaged and actively learning, while having great fun in French.
Last but not least, for adults and teenagers wishing to benefit from immersing themselves in the French language and culture, the institute offers various language programmes in Nice, Montpellier and Bordeaux. Programmes include French classes, sports, cultural activities and excursions, with a choice of accommodation, including homestays in a host family. The institute also organises traditional exchanges, which are flexible in terms of dates and duration.
