The wait is over! Town Hall Theatre has just announced a packed programme of events for January - March 2024 that will entertain and enthral. Dive into a sea of theatre, music, comedy and dance - there’s something for everyone!
There’s a brand new season brochure in town, and it’s jam packed full of fantastic events. Town Hall Theatre audiences will be spoilt for choice in the weeks and months ahead with the line-up just announced for January, February and March 2023, featuring many leading names in local, national and international theatre, music, comedy and dance. Tickets for all performances, screenings and events are now on sale.
The following is just a small selection of the events coming up over the coming months:
Theatre
• Set in the near future, ‘Nettle Horse’ by award winning writer, performer and musician, Little John Nee, is a transformative theatrical odyssey weaving storytelling, song, and satire
• Flash Harry – A celebration of Queen LIVE returns to Galway!
• Druid O’Casey are returning with their national tour of The Shadow of a Gunman
• There was An Old Lady Who Swallowed a Fly is coming to Galway to entertain the whole family with sing-along songs, blending puppetry, live action, and animation.
Music
• Get ready for an adventure of nine lifetimes! Renmore Pantomime returns to the Town Hall for their 44th production.
• The Ronan Collins Showband Show “Reeling in the Showband Years” which been a smash hit for the past 15 years, returns to the Town Hall Theatre on the 17th January.
• Join Ireland’s King of Swing Luke Thomas and his band for their The Kings of Swing Tour 2024.
• Mike Denver with special guest Philomena Begley are coming to entertain on the 15th February.
Comedy
Adam Rowe, Jason Byrne, half man, half natural disaster! Neil Delamere – Neil by Mouth, Conal Gallen, Martin Angolo, David McSavage, Pat Shortt & Faye Shortt and many more, coming next season to start your 2024 with a belly of laughs.
