Open Day at the French Institute

The French Institute Galway is holding an Open Day on Saturday September 3 from 10 am to 4 pm at the historic Bridge Mills. Its director Elodie Ferry and her staff of qualified teachers will be in attendance to answer your questions. Free assessment tests can be taken on that day.

The Institute, established in Galway city for the last 35 years, is renowned for its excellent results among its Leaving Cert and Junior Cert students in particular. It also boasts a large number of returning adult students, thus demonstrating that the French Institute is a lot more than a language school.

It is also a place to experience the French culture and to make friends. Classes are small and designed to allow students to progress at a confortable pace. In addition, we provide individual classes for specific requirements (DELF/DALF/TCF/TEF, preparation for travel or job interviews, secondary school support, etc ).

For students of all ages and levels, who wish to fully immerse themselves in the French language, culture and way of life, and complement their study of French at the Institute, we propose Immersion Programmes in the heart of beautiful Nice and the city of Bordeaux. These programmes take place all year round and there are many study options to choose from, as well as a wide choice of accommodation, including approved host families. Standard exchanges and French school placements for teenagers at any time of the year are also available.

For further details on courses, enrolment and fees, telephone the French Institute at (091 ) 568925 or 085 1450265, email [email protected] or go online to www.frenchinstitute.ie
