Heyday Student Living is Dublin’s newest custom-designed student accommodation

Heyday is revolutionising the world of student accommodation by putting the needs of students first. It is designed to offer the perfect balance of work, rest, and play.

Since opening in September 2019, the team have been busy instilling a sense of home and community in everyday life.

The residence is located on Carman’s Hall in Dublin 8, in the cultural hub of The Liberties. It is the perfect location for students attending nearby Trinity, BIMM, and NCAD and is at the heart of the city's most popular creative hangouts.

There are four private room types of varying size. Each offers en suite bathrooms, generous beds, under bed storage, wardrobe, bookshelves, and free super-fast WiFi. Each room is part of a bigger apartment of between three and eight bedrooms. Those rooms share a common kitchen complete with hob, oven, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, and individual dry-good storage space.

Students also have access to a state-of-the-art gym, a cinema room, laundry facilities, study rooms, a lounge, and a very large internal courtyard. Attached to Heyday is a new vegan café. There are plenty of opportunities for social interactions as well with frequent movie nights and seasonal events organised by the staff and students.

Heyday offers short- and long-term accommodation to university, language, study abroad, Erasmus students, and students on internships or work placement in Dublin. There is a welcoming mix of international students with residents coming from nearly 20 countries.

Heyday is offering a special deal for readers of Pathways. Students will get four weeks off a booking for a minimum of 36 weeks for the 2021-22 academic year, or two weeks off a booking of 16 weeks. To take advantage of this offer, quote Path2021 when you call Heyday on 01 454 8451. Take a look at the website www.HeydayatCarmansHall.com for more information. Rates are from €259 per week.
