Eglinton Street assault
On Saturday February 22 at 2.55am a serious assault took place on Eglinton Street.
The injured party was walking on Eglinton Street when he was attacked by a group of five young men. The man was punched a few times in the head and face, receiving some serious injuries. He was brought to hospital by ambulance.

Van stolen in Doughiska
A van was stolen in Fearann Ri, Doughiska, Galway area between the hours of 11pm on Sunday and 6am on Monday morning.
A large quantity of De Walt power tools was taken. Anyone who may have any information in relation to this theft is asked to contact at Oranmore Garda Station on 091 388030.
