Pathways —major colleges and careers event to be held in Galway next month

Pathways, a colleges and careers event being hosted by the Galway Advertiser, will take place in The Galmont Hotel, Galway, on Tuesday, April 9, 2019. We will also be producing a comprehensive Education Supplement in all our papers the week before the event.

The objective of the event will be to inform students in the West of Ireland on the further education, training and employment options available to them when they leave school.

Many third level colleges from all over Ireland, and businesses from the West of Ireland, will be exhibiting at the event. It will be a most informative event for all senior cycle second level students, ie. Leaving Certs, Fifth years and TY students. The event will also allow minimum disruption to the school day

These include DXC's Taryn Schuller; Fidelity Investments' Karen Conway; IBM's Orla Collins IBM DXC Clare Gallagher SMARTBEAR's Lorna Smyth, and The UX Studio's Rachel O’Donnell.
