The Design & Crafts Council Ireland has announced an exciting new partnership with Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology that will see the creation of two new degree courses for students.

Applications now open for NUI Galway MBA scholarships

Following the recent announcement of its global AACSB accreditation (Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business), NUI Galway’s JE Cairnes School of Business and Economics is now accepting applications for its 30% Club Scholarship for September 2021. Now in its fourth year, the scholarship aims to advance female leadership in business organisations and is a key influence in the increased number of female participants applying to and joining the university’s MBA programme.

The 30% Club Ireland was officially launched in January 2015 with a goal to achieve better gender balance at all levels of business in Ireland. The 30% Club believes that gender balance on boards and executive leadership not only encourages better leadership and governance, but further contributes to better all-round board performance, and ultimately increased corporate performance for both companies and their shareholders.
