Pichet, one of Dublin’s most celebrated dining destinations, has announced the next instalment in its acclaimed Friends of Pichet series, a one-night-only collaboration with Executive Head Chef Liam Finnegan from the world-renowned Ashford Castle Hotel.
This exclusive event will take place on Sunday, February 22, 2026, at Pichet, offering guests a rare opportunity to experience an exceptional six-course tasting menu crafted by two of Ireland’s most talented chefs, Liam Finnegan and Pichet’s Executive Head Chef, Harry Quinn.
The two executive chefs will collaborate on a tasting menu that highlights the best of Ireland, including locally sourced produce and seasonal ingredients, freshly picked from Ashford Castle’s organic kitchen garden.
With limited seats available, guests will enjoy a six-course tasting menu, complemented by expertly paired wines and the warm hospitality that has made Pichet a Dublin favourite for over a decade.
This exclusive evening is priced at €105 for a food-only menu or €150 for the wine-paired menu experience.
The menu opens with refined canapés, Ring’s Farm chicken wings in estate satay, a velvety Burren smoked-salmon mousse with dill, and a delicate Dozio cheese custard with wild-garlic seed and estate coppa.
A warm sourdough loaf follows, paired with aromatic pine and gorse butter.
The first course features estate ricotta with pumpkin, hawthorn, and nasturtium, followed by cured organic trout with potato bread, cucumber, elderflower, and a rich rillette. Turbot arrives next, matched with carrot, sea buckthorn, rosemary, and lobster.
A beef course pairs a tender cut with slow-cooked cheek, artichoke, and Béarnaise, before a refreshing black velvet sorbet clears the palate. The evening concludes with a Komontu dark-chocolate mousse brightened by blood orange.
