Fatima and the Lisbon Coast
Joe Walsh tours have three special Fatima and Lisbon Coast pilgrimages departing June, September, and October 2025 from Dublin.
These week-long pilgrimages combine faith and relaxation, taking pilgrims to the revered Sanctuary of Fatima and stunning Estoril, in the Lisbon Coast, where pilgrims can relax and enjoy a stroll along the beautiful coastline.
Diocesan pilgrimages
Joe Walsh Tours partners with groups and dioceses across the island of Ireland to organise meaningful spiritual journeys to Lourdes and other European shrines.
Pilgrims can join their local diocese and look forward to having the best time in Lourdes.
In Lourdes, pilgrims can visit the renowned grotto, take part in the beautiful candlelit evening processions, reflect at the sanctuary, and of course admire the natural beauty of the Pyrenees.
The Diocese of Galway, Kilmacduagh and Kilfenora is among the many group and diocesan pilgrimages around the country travelling to Lourdes this year. Its pilgrimage departs on June 24, flying directly from Shannon.
Shrines of France
In addition to much-loved Lourdes, France is home to stunning historic sanctuaries including Lisieux, following in the footsteps of St Therese; Nevers where pilgrims can visit the Chapel of Saint Gildard, the resting place of St Bernadette; the spectacular town of Rocamadour, perched above the Alzou River gorge and more.
