Years of semi-final anguish was swept away when Cappataggle held on for a 1-15 to 0-15 victory over St. Thomas’ to claim a place in the senior final for the first time in the club’s history. University of Galway is hosting the Under 20 Conroy Cup InterVarsities in Dangan on Saturday, October 26 from 12 noon to 5pm.

The competition is split into two groups: Conroy and Coughlan/Kelly Freshers. The competition is blitz format. Each team in their respective groups will play each other once in a ten-minute-a-half game. Two pitches will be used simultaneously - Pitch A is beside the river, and Pitch B is beside the pavilion.
