The Kenny Group opened five show houses over the past two weekends at their Leas na Mara development on Ballymoneen Road, Knocknacarra. A variety of one, two, and three bed apartments, and three and four bed show houses were on view. Reaction was very positive with healthy viewings both weekends in excess of 300 parties viewing the first weekend and some 200 parties on the second weekend, with many viewers commenting on the high quality of the individual units for sale and indeed the overall development.
Tony Kavanagh of sales agents Sherry FitzGerald Kavanagh reported: “We had a very steady stream of viewers both weekends and the apartments/houses were received very positively. There was a wide choice available at price points starting at €225,000 for two bedroom apartments. The value for money proved attractive to astute purchasers, with sales of one, two and three bedroom apartments and a number of four bedroom houses with many deposits taken on the day, and some unit types completely sold out on top of earlier sales of in excess of 70 units.”
