New food clinic and raw food classes at Health and Herbs

The new food clinic at Health and Herbs, Sea Road, was set up by Yvonne Duffy O’Shaughnessy, a raw food specialist, nutritionist, iridologist, and reflexologist, in order to offer people the opportunity to heal different medical conditions with different foods or diets. Basically this clinic is a natural, drug free approach to treating illness using food as medicine. Diet is a major factor when it comes to health and wellbeing and different foods can have helpful or harmful effects on different illnesses. Certain foods exacerbate or even trigger different conditions. The ability to identify the foods to include and exclude from your diet can have a profound effect on your health and overall wellbeing.
