The Ardilaun and parents’ website Mykidstime.ie have teamed up for the first Bump and Beyond mother-to-be and baby expo taking place in the west of Ireland this Sunday. The event is designed especially for expecting or new parents. Go along between 2pm and 6pm to this free event to find out about the latest baby products, meet other parents-to-be, and find out more about looking after your precious bundle. Parents will be free to chat with different service providers and organisations, and there will be talks and demonstrations from a variety of expert speakers including guest speaker Therese Ryan, director of Renewal Consultants, which will commence at 3.30pm. Her workshop will explore ways to maximise your time and help you de-stress and unwind.
