The first Galway Special Babies fashion show takes place this Sunday in The Ardilaun, and is being organised by parents of babies who were born prematurely at University Hospital Galway.

Catwalk Model Agency will host the show which will feature consultants, doctors and nurses from the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit as well as parents of premature babies.

The monks and nuns, from Plum Village in France, the community set up by Vietnamese peace activist and Zen teacher, Tich Naht Hanh, will offer practical exercises in mindfulness as a tool and as a way of life.
