Now new cookery books are not a genre I normally give a lot of time to, but bribery and corruption will always work in this neck of the woods, so I gave it a lot more attention than I would have normally. The Flora Women’s Mini Marathon is coming to Galway on Friday to help the hundreds of entrants from the west in this year’s event.

The organisers will deliver all entrants’ numbers at Elverys Sports, Retail Park, Headford, and due to the large number, participants are advised to arrive early to collect their race numbers and the Flora Women’s Mini Marathon race pack and goody bag.
