There will be pony rides, bouncy castle, zorb footballs, a popcorn stall and face-painting as well as music and specially designed fitness challenges!

Classes include resistance training and cardio-vascular work along with tips and information on how to improve mobility, flexibility, diet and lifestyle. All classes take place in the impressive Connacht Rugby gym.

The ‘Oscars’ of the Irish licensing industry were held in Dublin on September 7 to celebrate the best of Irish hospitality at the “Sky Bar of the Year Awards”. With over 30,000 votes cast by the public, An Púcán took home the award for Connaught Bar of the Year and also for Best Use of Social Media.
