The official opening of Oughterard’s Corribdale Park will take place this Saturday September 19. The event will start with a free family funday taking place from 1pm - 2pm. There will be pony rides, bouncy castle, zorb footballs, a popcorn stall and face-painting as well as music and specially designed fitness challenges!

Participants of the strength and conditioning classes will be treated to a comprehensive training plan by senior professional players Jason Harris Wright and Matt Healy.
Classes include resistance training and cardio-vascular work along with tips and information on how to improve mobility, flexibility, diet and lifestyle. All classes take place in the impressive Connacht Rugby gym.

The ‘Oscars’ of the Irish licensing industry were held in Dublin on September 7 to celebrate the best of Irish hospitality at the “Sky Bar of the Year Awards”. With over 30,000 votes cast by the public, An Púcán took home the award for Connaught Bar of the Year and also for Best Use of Social Media.
