TWM, a commercial property company which was founded in Dublin in 2010 and which opened an office in Dockgate, Galway, in 2014, has been shortlisted as a finalist for Commercial Agency of the Year in the 2015 Irish independent Property Industry Excellence Awards.

The company has been chosen from a significant number of entrants along with five other players in this sector — Savills, JLL, Knight Frank, Murphy Mulhall, and Bannon.

The company has four directors, Rosemary Casey, Sean O’Neill, Michele Jackson, and Maurice O’Neill, who have more than 90 years’ combined commercial property experience and are supported by a team of five chartered surveyors.

Rosemary Casey, who runs the business in the west of Ireland from the Galway office, said: “The TWM team are delighted to have been shortlisted in such a highly sought after category and we appreciate the judging panel acknowledging our company achievements to date within a relatively short timeframe.”

The company focus is on offering investment advice and professional services including valuations and rent reviews. TWM is also one of the main sponsors of the Irish Property Database, providing the company with independent property market research. TWM most recently acted for Tesco on the sale of Golden Island Shopping Centre in Athlone, which was guiding in excess of €40 million. TWM has executed more than €800 million in transactions to date and acts on behalf of local and international corporates throughout Ireland.
