Miss Galway 2015 entrants are hosting a fundraising table quiz at The Stock Exchange Bar in aid of this year’s charity partner, Console.
The quiz will be held on Wednesday,March 25 at 8pm and a donation will also be made on the night to ÁBALTA Special School, last year’s Miss Galway charity.
Console seeks to respond to the spiritual, emotional and psychological needs of its clients. Its mission is to provide professional therapeutic counselling, support and helpline services to people in suicidal crisis and to those bereaved through suicide with respect, dignity and compassion.
The winner of Miss Galway 2015 will work closely with Console throughout her reigning year, supporting, promoting and raising vital funds and awareness for the charity.
