More than twenty properties expected to be sold at the Connacht Property Auction

The Connacht Property Auction is a partnership of more than 30 established auctioneers across Galway and Connacht that offer both online and public auctions to clients.

With no upfront costs to enter a property into auction, this method of sale has become increasing attractive to property owners. The Connacht Property Auction is now taking entries for the next public auction which will be held on Thursday September 18 at 7pm, in the new auction venue of The Menlo Park Hotel, with registration starting at 6.30pm.

After four hugely successful auctions this year, where 88 per cent of all lots offered were sold, the auction team expect strong interest again in the upcoming auction. There is increasing demand for properties across Connacht, and in particular Galway, and the auction team are inviting homeowners to contact them to discuss the process.

“One of the key elements to the success of The Connacht Property Auction is the partnership of auctioneers who work together to ensure maximum interest in the properties,” says Patrick Folan from The Connacht Property Auction. “We ensure the property is advertised and promoted in all the right newspapers, websites, and property portals.”
