Priced to sell country properties attracting great interest at O’Donnellan & Joyce open viewings

he first of O’Donnellan & Joyce’s 2013 auctions gets under way on Friday March 15 when 20 properties will be placed under the hammer.

Included in the line up are a number of properties in various locations around the county. All of these properties are priced to sell and because of this are attracting huge interest. These properties coming into the auction room on March 15 with very realistic AMVs (which are also the reserve prices ), include a variety of properties ranging from family homes to a commercial unit with living accommodation. Locations such as Claregalway, Lackagh, Abbeyknockmoy, Caltra, Headford, Loughrea, Athlone, and Clifden are being added to the range of city properties that will be up for auction on the same day.

Because of the growing attendance at O’Donnellan & Joyce auctions a change of venue was necessary to accommodate vendors and purchasers.
