Buyers chase value at O’Donnellan & Joyce auction

The eighth property, No 11 McHugh Avenue, Mervue, reached €110,000 but was withdrawn at this point and is currently under active negotiation.

A ninth property, a detached five bedroom house at No 124 Dangan Heights comprising 2,200 square feet, was acquired prior to auction for a price in excess of the AMV of €375,000.

O’Donnellan and Joyce’s next auction will be held on December 16 and is the final auction of the year.
