Cycling’s first road race of the new season will be held on Sunday, hosted by the West Coast Wheelers Open Race in Galway. The event will start at 12 noon from The Temperance Hall in Loughrea and feature a 90km circuit for A1 and A2 riders, sponsored by Nigel's Cycles (Galway ). A3/A4 riders will race 60km, sponsored by Tri Bikes (Loughrea ), while the event will also feature a KOH competition for both events, sponsored by West Side Cycles (Galway ).
