HPS Real Estate has completed the sale of Millennium House in Loughrea, marking a significant investment transaction in the regional property market.

The sale reflects growing investor interest in well-located regional assets, with HPS Real Estate continuing to advise private investors, property companies and asset owners on acquisitions and disposals throughout Ireland.

Millennium House attracted interest from investors seeking established income-producing property outside the traditional Dublin and Galway city markets.

HPS Real Estate managing director Ryan Hanly said demand for quality regional investments has increased, particularly where properties offer strong underlying fundamentals and sustainable income.

“We are seeing investors look beyond the larger cities towards regional towns where established occupier demand, attractive income returns and lower entry points can create compelling investment opportunities.”

The transaction forms part of a wider programme of commercial and investment transactions being handled by HPS Real Estate, including a growing number of confidential, off-market opportunities.

“An increasing number of transactions never reach the open market. Our role is about understanding what investors are looking for, knowing where the capital is and matching suitable opportunities with the right purchaser,” said Hanly.

HPS Real Estate provides a broad range of property services, including investment sales and acquisitions, asset and property management, valuations, rent reviews, lease re-gears, commercial agency, development advice and portfolio management.

Following the completion of Millennium House, HPS Real Estate continues to seek commercial and investment opportunities on behalf of active purchasers throughout Galway and across Ireland.
