Leading Irish retailer Carraig Donn has announced a new charity partnership with Cancer Fund for Children for 2026, committing to raise significant funds throughout the year to support families affected by childhood cancer.
Cancer Fund for Children is currently developing a multimillion-euro therapeutic short break centre for families living with a childhood cancer diagnosis. The facility, to be known as Daisy Lodge, will provide families with the opportunity to spend precious time together and create lasting memories away from the challenges of treatment and hospital visits. The centre is due to open in February 2027.

A key focus of the partnership is supporting Daisy Lodge Mayo, the charity’s second therapeutic short-break centre, due to open in Spring 2027. The facility will offer families a place to rest, recover and reconnect away from the demands of treatment and hospital visits, significantly increasing the number of families who can benefit from therapeutic breaks each year.
