The countdown is on for Racing for Rosabel 2026, with organisers delighted to announce this year’s Best Dressed judging panel along with a €8,500 prize fund.
Taking place on Monday, July 27 at The Connacht Hotel, Galway, Racing for Rosabel is now celebrating its eighth year and has become one of the highlights of Galway Race Week, bringing together fashion, entertainment and fundraising in support of Rosabel’s Rooms.
This year’s Best Dressed competition will be judged by an outstanding panel featuring Laura Nolan, winner of Dancing with the Stars Ireland 2025, Fiona Morgan Coleman, renowned for her timeless style and elegance, and leading stylist and fashion expert Caroline McElroy.
More than just a stylish day out, Racing for Rosabel is a vital fundraiser for Rosabel’s Rooms, a charity founded by Dr. Suzanne McClean and Gary Monroe in memory of their daughter Rosabel.
In collaboration with Irish Hospice Foundation, the child loss charity provides financial and therapeutic support and grants to families who have lost a child or a young person up to twenty-one years, no matter what the cause of death.
Every euro raised from the event helps Rosabel’s Rooms continue to provide this invaluable comfort to families across Ireland.
