Success shines through for network Galway

On Wednesday last week, Network Ireland Galway’s President Sharon Kelly held her inaugural event, their Open Evening at Lena’s, Radisson RED Galway and what an incredible evening it was.

Sharon Kelly, Business Development Manager with Stocktaking.ie powered by RGIS gave an introduction to Network Ireland, spoke about upcoming events and the benefits of being a Network Ireland Galway member.

The room was alive with energy, connection and genuine conversation, bringing together women from all walks of life to build relationships and support one another.

Sharon’s theme for the year is the “Power of Self Belief.” She spoke passionately about her theme and how it is critical to unlocking our true potential. “Self-belief is a powerful catalyst for success!”

Jennifer Flaherty, Network Galway’s Awards Co-Ordinator for 2026 spoke about Network Ireland Awards. This is an exceptionally exciting year for Galway as Network Ireland’s National Conference and Awards will be held in Galway in September.

Newly elected Network Ireland President Karen Ronan, CEO of Galway Chamber spoke about her journey with Networking and Network Ireland.

Sharon’s chosen charity for 2026 is National Breast Cancer Research Institute, a highlight of the night was member Faith Fahy share her cancer journey whilst outlining the important work that NCBRI do.

Guest speaker, Denise O’Brien, delivered an inspiring and thought-provoking address which linked in very well with Sharon’s theme “Power of Self Belief”

Sharon Kelly and team at Network Ireland Galway are incredibly excited for the year ahead.
