Food lovers are invited to a live cookery demonstration at the Ballybane Community Hub on Thursday, January 15 at 7pm.
The relaxed and friendly session will be led by local chef Maria McNeela, who will demonstrate how to make walnut and treacle bread alongside a comforting leek and potato soup.
Attendees will learn simple cooking techniques, pick up practical kitchen tips, and enjoy tasting the dishes prepared on the night. The event is open to everyone and welcomes all skill levels.
The demonstration takes place at Ballybane Community Hub (H91 TW27 ), with parking available beside Ballybane Library.
