Peugeot has refreshed the E-308 hatchback and SW (estate ) range with more range and sharper design features.
Peugeot says the E-308 is more efficient than ever, as the range has been increased by 34km on the previous versions, up to a possible 450km (WLTP ). The E-308 uses a 55.4 kWh battery that operates at 400 Volts, paired with a 115kW (156hp ) electric motor offering 270Nm of torque.
A three-phase onboard charger comes as standard, delivering 11kW of power, while maximum DC charging is 100kW. Using the paddles behind the compact steering wheel, the driver can easily activate regenerative braking in three levels. This helps achieves a best possible driving range.
Exterior changes come in the form of a new grille, which, for the first time features an illuminated Peugeot logo (GT trim ). In line with the latest Peugeot models, the grille elements on all 308 models are spaced wider in the centre to optimise airflow and become denser towards the sides, enhancing its visual presence.
Peugeot continues to offer the 308 and 308 SW models with four powertrains options – electric, plug-in hybrid, hybrid, and diesel – and 'Style', 'Allure' and 'GT' trims.
The Irish prices for the latest Peugeot E-308 and 308 will be announced closer to its arrival here – which is expected in Q1 2026.
