The Ballybane Community Hub is set to host a series of exciting events this September, offering something for everyone — from crime prevention support to French cookery and creative cultural expression.
Garda Clinic – Wednesday, September 17 at 8:00 PM
Community Garda Kenneth Boyle will be in attendance at this month’s Garda Clinic, taking place in the Ballybane Community Hub. Residents are encouraged to drop in for crime prevention advice, to report a crime, or to have Garda-related forms signed.

Cookery Demonstration – Thursday, September 18at 7:00 PM
The French Connection comes to Ballybane as chef Maria McNeela leads a hands-on cookery demonstration focused on the art of Choux pastry. Learn how to make delicious French favourites including profiteroles, chocolate éclairs, and cream-filled choux buns. A perfect evening for food enthusiasts of all levels.

Culture Night – Friday, September 19 at 7:00 PM
Celebrate Culture Night with a collaborative community mural led by artist and graphic designer Irene Naughton, in partnership with Ballybane Youth Shed. This free event is supported by Galway City Council Arts Office and the Arts Council of Ireland. All age groups are welcome, though children must be accompanied by an adult. Tea and coffee will be served.
