The Ballybane Community Hub will host its next cookery demonstration on Thursday, August 7 at 6:30pm, featuring local chef Maria McNeela from Rustic Grub.
Maria will demonstrate how to prepare two timeless dessert classics: the Bakewell tart and the lemon tart. Both are crowd-pleasers and excellent examples of how baking brings together precision and creativity.
After the demonstration, attendees are invited to enjoy a slice of tart with a cup of tea or coffee. All are welcome to attend.

Meanwhile, the Merlin Neighbourhood Family Fun Day will be held on Saturday, August 9, hosted by the Merlin Neighbourhood Residents Association at 1:00pm.
