Events this month at Ballybane Community Hub

There is something for everyone happening this July at the Ballybane Community Hub. From health research to local policing support and practical cookery tips, the hub is hosting a variety of free events open to the entire community. All events take place at 30 Béal Srutha, Ballybane, H91 TW27, with parking available adjacent to the Ballybane Library.

A free information evening will take place on Monday, 21st July at 6:30 PM for a new research study on low back pain, being carried out in conjunction with the ATU Biomechanics Lab. The study is currently seeking volunteers, and this session will provide full details for anyone interested in taking part. For more information, contact Donal Lynch on 087 199 4360.

The monthly Garda Clinic with Community Garda Kenneth Boyle will be held on Sunday, 20th July at 1:00 PM. Members of the public are welcome to call in for assistance with signing forms, receiving crime prevention advice, or reporting issues. It’s also a chance to meet your local Garda and raise any community concerns directly.

Rounding out the month, the next Cookery Demonstration will take place on Wednesday, 23rd July at 6:30 PM. This session will focus on preparing chicken three easy ways, offering simple and tasty ideas for family meals. Following the success of previous demos, this promises to be another enjoyable and informative evening.

All events are free and open to everyone. Come along, learn something new, and connect with your community at the Ballybane Community Hub.
