The launch in Dublin.

The Irish Writers’ Centre in Dublin recently hosted the launch of Géarchéim Dhomhanda agus Slí na Síochána—the Irish translation of World Crisis and the Pathway to Peace by His Holiness Hazrat Mirza Masroor Ahmad, head of the worldwide Ahmadiyya Muslim Community. The book, a compilation of addresses promoting peace and justice, was welcomed as a powerful interfaith contribution to Irish society.

The Ahmadiyya Muslim Community, founded in 1889 and active in over 200 countries, is dedicated to global peace, interfaith harmony, and humanitarian service. The event reflected these values, beginning with a Qur’an recitation followed by English and Irish translations. A short film introduced the community’s peace-focused mission.

Councillor Clodagh Ní Mhuirí, representing the Lord Mayor, praised the community’s outreach, while former TD Éamon Ó Cuív officially launched the book, describing it as a practical guide for peace across faiths.

Dr Anwar Malik, National President, emphasized the importance of promoting such messages through the Irish language. The evening ended with a silent prayer and a message of condolence from His Holiness on the passing of Pope Francis—affirming unity, respect, and peace for all.
