Ballybane Community Hub is set to host a mouth-watering cookery demonstration as part of its Summer Salads Season on Thursday next May 15 at 6:30 PM. The event will be led by local chef Maria McNeela, the culinary talent behind Rustic Grub, who will guide attendees through the preparation of fresh, seasonal salads and complementary sides.
