Property Partners Gill & Glynn is pleased to announce the upcoming opening of a third office in Oranmore, Co. Galway. The fit out is currently underway at the new premises on the Main Street. The team at Property Partners Gill & Glynn, who have already been active within the area, are looking forward to building a much larger presence in South and East Galway.
Their flagship office in Ballinrobe was established some 16 years ago by Emma Gill (MIPAV, TRV ), after she had gained considerable real estate experience in Australia as well as with another large national estate agency.
In an industry that does not stand still, Emma recognises the importance of being forward thinking and constantly evolving to meet clients’ needs. Since then, Emma expanded into Headford in 2022, and formed a partnership in January 2024 with long term associate, Claire Glynn (Assoc. MSCSI, MIPAV ).
Having amassed over 14 years of property experience, Claire has extensive expertise both residential and commercial sales, commercial lettings, and valuations.
Claire Glynn noted that ‘the expansion into Oranmore is a natural and obvious move for them, given the existing presence we have in the area as well as the fact that Emma resides in Oranmore and I Claregalway’.
This expansion has also been driven by the successful collaboration with renowned local veteran auctioneer, Tom Brett of Tom Brett Auctioneers. Emma Gill noted that ‘Tom has amassed an impressive client base across the East Galway region over the past 25 years and brings immense expertise and knowledge to the company. We look forward to continuing working with Tom Brett for years to come’.
As this relationship has developed, the need for a physical presence in the area has become apparent. With all this in mind, they are looking forward to this upcoming expansion of the business, which will allow them to provide a higher level of dedicated service to their clients in the East Galway area.
