Responsibilities of a Production Operator include:
- Assembling medical products on an assembly operation, performing a variety of tasks on a rotating basis.
- Maximising output by operating efficiently and minimising waste.
- Ensuring the products assembled meet quality standards.
- Willingness to be flexible, open to learning and training in new processes.
- Depending on previous experience, assisting in training new Production Operators.
- Key requirements for the position include:
- Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification.
- High level of dexterity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a technical and changing environment.
- Strong technical aptitude.
- Ability to learn new processes.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
