What is your earliest memory?

Sitting on a farm wall at the back of my home house eating gooseberries from a lunchbox. Picked by my uncle and packed by my mum, it was like love in a box! I wouldn’t eat them now mind!

Which talent would you most like to have?

I would love to be proficient at the piano. There’s just something about that instrument. I just love it. I can only pretend play even though I have two keyboards and a piano at home!

What advice would you give your 18-year-old self?

Be ok with carving your own path. That’s really what life is about anyway. And pay attention to the things that spark a light inside of you. Those are your clues!

Which person do you most admire and why?

I admire every single person who makes the brave decision to step out of their comfort zone and chooses to find their own voice, and supports others.

Sum yourself up in 4 words.

Passionate, driven, creative, caring

What has been the happiest time of your life?

Any time where people come together and create the feeling of home.

Where was your most enjoyable holiday?

Gozo Island off the coast of Malta is a real stand out place for me. I cannot explain why but it touched me. Something about the energy there, not to mention the incredible scenery. It felt like home.

What are your three favourite songs?

As someone who teaches singing and is surrounded by music all the time, I couldn’t possibly pick a favourite. When I’m looking for creative inspiration, I play a lot of Lauren Daigle. When I’m looking for something for the choir it could be anything from Queen to Sia! I do love a bit of country folk as well.

What makes you laugh?

My puppy!! I have a Toy Poochon named Thady Mae and she is just a bundle of fun! Full of love and mischief.

What annoys you most?

People who choose to be unkind.

What is your worst habit?

I can be terribly indecisive. Big decisions I can make straight away but small ones I can drive myself nuts over. But once I make a decision, I don’t ever really change my mind.

What is your most treasured possession?

I’m very sentimental so I have a lot of meaningful things but in the event of a fire, I’d save my puppy!

How do you relax outside work?

I love walking, being by the sea and in nature, and hanging out with my gorgeous puppy.

Who would be your three ideal dinner party guests?

Brené Brown, Lauren Daigle, Oprah Winfrey. Now that would be a conversation!

What is your favourite saying or motto?

My Dad often says ‘to work is to pray’. I quite like that one.
