The National Car Testing Service has commenced the issuing of a new-look NCT certificate.
The new certificate contains a large number of security features along with a small change to the colour of the certificate and windscreen disc.
Previous certs issued will still be valid until they expire, according to the NCTS, Now if motorists could only get ther test when they are supposed to, as per the clear conditions of the contract, it would be great.
