Two Galway properties have featured in the top 10 highest value residential sales outside Dublin in 2022.
In County Galway, a property in Roundstone topped the list. Whale Harbour Cottage, Ervallagh, Roundstone, is a modern cottage style property of 241sq m on a one acre site, located in a scenically beautiful location overlooking Gurteen Bay and fronting onto a small harbour known as Whale Harbour. This property sold in September 2022 for €2,430,000 and the sale was handled by Tony Kavanagh of Sherry FitzGerald, Galway.
The second property to make the list was located in Salthill. Kahansa House, Seamount, Salthill was a detached home of 292sq m overlooking Galway Bay and the Promenade in Salthill. The property enjoyed spectacular views and provided quality accommodation. It sold in July 2022 for €2,250,000, and again the sale was handled by Tony Kavanagh of Sherry FitzGerald.
