O’Donnellan & Joyce is gearing up for its next live stream auction, set to take place on Friday July 23 at 12 noon. With more than 40 lots set to go under the hammer on the day, the auction catalogue promises to have something for everyone. With a widely varied catalogue which includes properties from Kerry to Donegal and every county in between, the first week of viewings has been busy and the auction team expect another three busy weeks of inquiries and property viewings before auction day.
The July 23 auction will be streamed live on the company website www.odonnjoyce.com from 12 noon with auctioneer Colm O’Donnellan overseeing the proceedings and taking bids from pre-registered telephone, internet, and proxy bidders. The digital auction room is available for all to enter and watch either as spectators or as bidders. With more than 300 registered bidders at its June 4 auction, the company expects the July property sale to be even busier as couples, families, and investors all contend with each other with an aim to purchasing a property at the best price.
