AM Sold offered a large number of properties via three successful online auctions in June with properties selling across Connacht, Munster, and Leinster. Physical viewings are taking place with precautions in place and the company is in a unique position during the current circumstances to handle sales via its online bidding platform. Buyers can view legal documents before bidding and, once satisfied, they can bid via the online auction. The platform also allows for contracts to be exchanged online, making the transaction as easy as possible within the current crisis.
