The Bothar Stiofain Combined Residents Association is holding its annual spring clean event on Sunday, starting at 2pm.
The meeting point is the entrance of the Cloch Ard estate on Bothar Stiofain. Gillian Scahill, coordinator of the spring clean, is calling on all residents to come out and help on Sunday.
“We are inviting all the neighbours to come and take part in the clean-up, because the results are always worth the effort,” she said.
The Galway City Council will facilitate the Bothar Stiofain area clean-up by providing gloves, refuse bags, and a collection service.
