This prestigious award highlights companies that best demonstrate a consistent delivery of superior service to its customers. In the same week, Galway Bay’s Harvest Café picked up the Great Carvery 2017 Award in Connaught.

The aim of the Great Carvery annual award is to find the best Irish carvery dinners. The winners are chosen by a team of mystery shoppers who judge which of the chosen pubs and hotels deserve the title ‘Great Carvery Pub of the Year’ and ‘Great Carvery Hotel of the Year’, respectively. Judging is based on a variety of criteria, including quality of flavour, choice and value, and standard of service.

This is the 9th year of the Galway Chamber Business Awards, which recognise entrepreneurialism, innovation, diversity and talent of businesses across all sectors. These awards are highly prestigious, offering businesses an opportunity to highlight the exceptional quality standards they have achieved.
