It takes much personal stamina and determination to continuously expand in the face of both a devastating fire and then a total close down due to the pandemic.

Having opened originally in Ballybane, Galway, in 2014, Mary and the team moved to a new bigger premises on the Old Monivea road in Ballybrit in 2018 not too far from the Clayton Hotel Galway.

Despite the pandemic shutting her business down and a fire causing extensive damage to the premises this has not stopped Mary and her team from supplying quality produce to all the top hotels and restaurants across the Midlands region with fresh fish daily.
