With the live auctions gaining more and more popularity, the company is solidifying its status as one of the most innovative marketeers when it comes to the auction process. The national exposure it promises to provide has resulted in the company being a go-to agent for those looking to achieve serious exposure and, in turn, the best possible selling prices.

Friday last saw the property experts sell nine of their 16 lots before and during the course of the day, and in the process of doing so achieved prices considerably higher than expected in many cases. The proceedings opened with No 20 Raleigh Row, next to the Jes primary school. Being offered to the floor with a guide of €170,000, bidders were initially slow to get involved but things soon got moving and the lot was withdrawn at €185,000, with four interested parties bidding. A sale was not agreed with the highest bidder, but negotiations are still under way with several parties expressing interest after the auction.
