Three Ireland is delighted to announce that Allta Ecology from Galway has been chosen as one of 10 winners of 2025’s Grants for Small Businesses programme which sees the business secure a portion of the €100,000 bursary.
Three’s Grants for Small Businesses programme - funded by Three Ireland and administered by the small business network and support provider, Enterprise Nation - includes a €5,000 cash award, €5,000 worth of device and connectivity solutions, along with ongoing support from Three Ireland’s team of in-house business experts.
Allta Ecology is a Galway-based consultancy founded in 2024 that specialises in habitat restoration, biodiversity enhancement and ecological surveying for clients ranging from farms and gardens to renewable-energy and construction projects. The company combines scientific expertise with a passion for sustainability to help organisations meet environmental goals and promote nature-positive outcomes across Ireland.
Alongside Allta Ecology, other winners included AllSkills Education, SmartSpace Technologies and Well Fed Meals, which showcase innovative business ideas from a wide range of industries and sectors including financial/digital literacy, home monitoring and food.
The programme, which is now in its fifth year, has provided Irish SMEs with an investment of over €750,000 by Three since 2021 across products and services, advertising and PR support, as well as access to industry expertise.
