O’Donnellan & Joyce auctioneers has once again been shortlisted for the prestigious KPMG Agency of the Year Award 2025, after taking home the title in 2024.
The black-tie KPMG Property Industry Excellence Awards will take place on Thursday, November 6, at The Convention Centre, Dublin, where the best of Ireland’s property professionals will gather to celebrate achievement across the sector.
Representing Galway on the national stage, O’Donnellan & Joyce earned its nomination through a year of outstanding results, achieving record auction sales exceeding €4 million in a single day, leading Galway’s residential listings with a 27.7 per cent city market share, and driving over 70 per cent of all new homes sales across Galway city.
Founded in 1982, the firm continues to champion innovation and sustainability in real estate, pioneering livestream property auctions and promoting energy-efficient A2-rated homes in partnership with developers such as Cairn Homes and O’Malley Construction.
