Gary Shaw netted an injury time winner as Bray Wanderers earned the full complement of SSE Aitricity League first division spoils at Eamonn Deacy Park.

Shaw struck late on as Bray, who had drawn five of their opening six fixtures, carved out a vital victory.

The visitors' settled quickly hitting the front in the sixth minute courtesy of Joe Doyle, who scored following an assist from the splendid Brandon Kavanagh.

Luka Lovic hit the woodwork, while Conor Kearns denied Kavanagh as Bray came close to adding a second.

United, though, restored parity in the 34th minute as Carlton Ubaezuonu's precise cross located Ruairi Keating, who notched his fourth goal in three games.

Shane Duggan, Keating, and Ubaezuounu had opportunities for United, but the teams departed deadlocked at the break.

After the restart it was a tough battle, but Bray finished with a flourish.

Inevitably Shaw supplied the decisive touch to Kavanagh's inviting corner as United suffered a disappointing defeat on home turf.
