Love Lannagh adventure festival was a huge success

Love Lannagh, the county’s newest adventure festival, has been deemed a huge success by organisers, after more than 2,000 people attended the event on Saturday April 24, at Lough Lannagh in Castlebar.

Organised by the voluntary group, Love Castlebar, the festival also saw some 100 volunteers and supporters lending a helping hand on the day.

Mayo support for Nepal earthquake victims

A major element of the fund, which is being organised in partnership with the Irish League of Credit Unions’ charitable arm, called the International Development Foundation, will go towards supporting the revitalisation of Nepalese credit unions.
