Will you take up the challenge?

Since 1989 MS Ireland has organised almost 50 charity walks, bringing some 2,500 people to 15 beautiful destinations around the globe. In 2010, different treks will offer a variety of experiences for the novice or seasoned trekker. Although the treks are different, the results are the same; invaluable financial support for services to the 7,000 families living with MS, a lifelong neurological disease.

In June a trek will take place in the Camino de Santiago in Northern Spain — one of the oldest pilgrim routes in the world

In September a trek in Italy will reach the Alpine pastures where sensational views of Lake Como and surrounding regions will reward those who accept this fine walking challenge.

In November, Cuba will be the location. Cuba has some of the most spectacular and unspoiled mountain scenery in the Caribbean.

If you would like to book a place or would like to learn more about these treks call 01 678 1600 or check out www.ms-society.ie
